Director General of the Lewiatan Confederation. His background is physics and journalism; author of a number of articles and reports on economic transition. He has worked with entrepreneur and employer organisations since 1996, first with the Polish Business Roundtable, and since 1999, with the Lewiatan Confederation. Lech co-organised the Confederation's Culture and Business Working Group and supported the formation of the Union of Theatres, an employer organisation affiliated with Lewiatan.
