Served as engineer in construction projects in Poland and internationally; he has taught at universities and managed his construction business.
Co-founder and Vice-President of the Business Centre Club (1991-2000). Member of the Committee for the Labour and Social Insurance Legislative Reform in 1994-1998. Member of the Working Group for Reducing Bureaucracy in National Economy in 1998-1999.
