Graduate of and later assistant lecturer and lecturer at the Economics Department, the Marie Curie-Skłodowska University, Lublin. Since 2008, labour market expert in the Labour Market Department and subsequently in the Department of Economic Analytics and Forecasting (Department Director in 2012-2014) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Grzegorz was responsible for developing the 2009-2011 National Action Plan for Employment and, through his work in the Employment Committee (EMCO) Ad-hoc Group, for Poland's contribution to the European Employment Strategy. As member of the Presidency Corps, he developed and negotiated the conclusions of the EPSCO Council regarding the conversion of demographic challenges into labour market development opportunities.

National Co-ordinator of the Solidarity across Generations Program, Measures Aiming at Increasing the Economic Activity of People over 50. Chair of the 50+ Public Council for the Minister of Labour and Social Policy. Member of the Macro-economic Affairs Group established in the framework of Poland's preparations for introducing the Euro. Polish delegate to the OECD Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Committee.
