Dr Michaela Felisiak

Dr Michaela Felisiak is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Munich office and member of the Labor Law practice group. Dr. Felisiak studied law at the Universities of Augsburg und Würzburg and was admitted to the German Bar in 2010. In 2008 she earned a Master's degree in Bern, Switzerland. She has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2015.

Dr. Matthias Unterrieder

Dr. Matthias Unterrieder is partner at Wolf Theiss Vienna. He specializes in employment law, cross-border staff assignment and reorganizations, management contracts, and employment litigation. He regularly advises clients in employment matters in all CEE/SEE jurisdictions. Dr. Unterrieder is the author and co-author of numerous articles on employment law, and has been a frequent lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and at ARS on Slovenian, Croatian, and Serbian employment law
